Just some more photos

Julia loves to look at Jeff. Not sure why she likes his hairline, but she always stares at it! Matt's new thing is to be a tiger. He used to ask me to help him make whiskers on his face, but now he knows where mommy keeps her eyeliner. When it gets to be too quiet in the bathroom, this is how I usually find him!

Merry Christmas!

Santa made it through all of the ice and snow. Both Matt and Julia must have been on the "nice" list because they got all kinds of presents for Christmas. It took quite awhile to open presents because Matt had to pick off every label before opening the present, but we finally finished. It was so fun to watch the look on his face when he opened a present. It will only get better as Julia gets older too!

Christmas Eve

Despite all of the snow, we drove to Eden Prairie on Christmas Eve. Mommy, daddy, Matt and Julia were all spoiled by Grandma and Tom! You wouldn't guess it by the look on her face in the picture, but Julia was very excited for her first Christmas and opening all of her presents. Actually, Matt was a good big brother and helped her open most of her presents. Matt was very thankful and even gave lots of hugs to grandma and Tom that night.

Grandma from Arizona is visiting

Grandma Dumroese is visiting from Arizona! She is definitely enjoying snuggle time with Julia and has already gotten to feed our little peapod. Grandma is pretty crafty and she crosstitched a pretty picture for Julia with her birth date on it. She also brought a cool book with her that Matt enjoyed seeing and it has her voice recorded so it is like she can always read it to him. Check out Julia's cool new moccasins, they are a little big, but they'll fit perfectly in the near future...thanks Elle!

The Christmas tree is up

We haven't finished decorating the house for Christmas, but at least the tree is up. Matt helped daddy with the first two rows and then lost interest. Thank goodness we got the picture right away. Although Julia slept most of the time, daddy made sure she was part of putting her first ornament on the tree.

Happy Thansgiving

Daddy wanted to have Thanksgiving this year and mommy agreed as long as he did the cooking. Thanks daddy, it was a great dinner.
